I wear a women’s 10 and my work shoes are a men’s 9. These inserts were perfect for my shoe. I feel like these would be too small for a man with a size 10 foot. But it fit perfect for me. I didnt even have to cut them and size them. They slipped in perfectly. The insoles really do feel like walking on clouds.

These are Without Doubt, By Far, the Best insoles I've ever owned! Coming for a guy with lower back pain, who goes through shoes/sneakers and insoles like crazy, that's saying a lot. They offer good arch support, heel support, and toe room. They are also Extremely comfortable! They are literally like clouds that also massage your feet as you walk. I'm not exaggerating! I'm going to buy them for every pair of shoes I own, and that I buy from now on. That's how good they are. The little bumps that do the massaging are a tiny bit stiff upon initial use, so I removed the shoes original insoles, put these in the bottom with the shoes original insole on top. That made all the difference! I still receive all the cushioning, as well as the massage effect, without any discomfort whatsoever. Moreover, I believe after a week or so this won't even be necessary. Regardless, it doesn't change my opinion at all. They are thicker than most insoles, which is exactly what I wanted but you should keep that in mind when purchasing. The sizing is dead on, and fit my shoes without trimming. If you're thinking about getting insoles for your shoes, skip the expensive brands, trust me when I tell you they're not worth the money. Including those famous "Work" insoles. This put them to shame for 1/3 of the price, talk about great value. Get yourself a pair of these, your feet will thank you.

These insoles are very nice and I highly recommend them. They have a feel to them that may take some getting used to. The US M 7.5-10.5 fit my US 10.5 Nike Dunks perfectly. I’ve been walking around with these insoles a lot (20,000-25,000 steps per day) in Tokyo and Hong Kong for two weeks. They are very comfortable. They made my non-walking shoes feel comfortable for about 6-8 hours each day. My only critique is that the toe end could be a little thicker.

My feet are thanking me for these insoles. They are soft and comfy. The sizing is accurate. I found them very easy to cut to size to fit in a pointed toe ballet flat. The insoles gave my shoes new life. The shoes still look great on the outside; however, the padding in the foot bed was worn out. I walked all day touring and they stayed in place and felt great. The raised nodes on the black side feel great. These are a definite win for me. I will definitely be purchasing more.

These cloud insoles help with foot fatigue. They are thin enough to fit comfortably in most shoes or boots. They are soft and cushioned and provide extra support for achy feet. They have a bit of arch support as well. The price is very good for two pairs. Sizing is accurate and can be trimmed easily if necessary.
